Dan Finnigan
Chief Executive Officer
Dan has spent his career launching and growing Internet businesses with a focus on the recruitment market. Previously, Dan served as Senior Vice President of Yahoo! and General Manager of Yahoo! HotJobs, doubling revenue between 2002 and 2007. At Yahoo, Dan established Yahoo and HotJobs’ partnership with a consortium of over 700 newspapers, today representing 41 percent of total Sunday circulation in the U.S.

Prior to Yahoo!, he led the creation of Knight Ridder Digital, the Internet company of the world’s second largest newspaper publisher, serving as President and CEO. For Knight Ridder, Dan led its joint acquisition of CareerBuilder with Tribune, serving on CareerBuilder’s Board for three years. Prior, to joining Knight Ridder, Dan helped launch, and eventually led as CEO, Smartpages.com (now Yellowpages.com) for SBC/ATT. Dan holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jesper Schultz
Founder and Chief Jobvite
Jesper has 20 years of experience hiring world class teams and delivering quality software products. He founded Jobvite to solve problems that growing businesses confront in attracting and hiring the best people. As CTO, Jesper co-founded Voice Media Lab, specializing in voice control of entertainment systems. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Mediabolic and held engineering and management positions at Borland International. Jesper holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Technical University of Denmark.
Amy Clark
Vice President, Customer Success
Amy started her career as a recruiter and has never really stopped. She has 17 years experience working with organizations of all sizes to optimize hiring, on-boarding and organizational performance. Most recently, Amy was Senior Director of Global Customer Success at SuccessFactors where she created and led the Customer Success team while the company grew from $10M to $100M in revenue. Prior to SuccessFactors, she held sales and product marketing positions at Deploy Solutions (now part of Kronos) and Taleo. Amy received a BA in Psychology and English from Boston College and an MA in Organizational Development from Columbia University in New York, NY.
Jamie Glenn
Chief Product Officer
Jamie is an accomplished Internet and product development executive with a proven track record of driving strategy, product and operational initiatives to success. Previously, Jamie was Vice President of Product Management at Trulia, where he helped create one of the most innovative real estate search sites, taking it from an early stage beta mashup in one state to nationwide and over 7 million visitors per month. Before Trulia, Jamie was the Director of Product for Yahoo! Real Estate & Classifieds and prior to that, Business Manager of Real Estate & Real Classifieds for Knight Ridder Digital (KRD). Jamie received a B.S. in Business Administration from University of the Pacific, cum laude.
Adam Hyder
Chief Technology Officer
Adam has built and led world class engineering teams for Fortune 500 companies as well as successful start ups. Previously, Adam served as Senior Director of Engineering for Yahoo's Advertising Management Platform (AMP) and CTO and Director of Engineering for Yahoo! HotJobs. Before Yahoo!, he was Senior Director of Engineering at TradeBeam and CEO, CTO and Co-founder of OneBuild. Adam holds a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a M.S. in Computer Science from AMU, Aligarh India.
Tim Lambert
Chief Revenue Officer
Tim has more than 15 years of executive sales management and business development experience with high growth start-ups and public companies, where he has built and led sales organizations in web-based technology, online recruitment and advertising markets. Previously, Tim was Vice President of Sales at Spot Runner. Prior to Spot Runner, Tim served as head of Yahoo! Spot Marketing and, earlier, Vice President of Business Development of Yahoo! Hot Jobs. Tim received an M.B.A. from the University of Redlands and a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University.
Hans Larsen
Chief Architect
Hans has developed numerous software and web applications during his 20 years in the industry. Working on the award winning NetObjects Fusion authoring tool, he added e-commerce capabilities and a photo gallery tool allowing users to publish their digital photos in minutes. Hans had overall responsibility for the development of Fusion 7 and he has recently been the Chief Architect on a number of ASP solutions. Hans holds a M.S. in Electronic Engineering from The Technical University of Denmark.
Anne Murguia
Vice President of Marketing
Anne brings over 16 years of experience to Jobvite with demonstrated expertise in the introduction of new brands and solutions. She co-founded Indigo Partners, a boutique consulting firm, where her clients included leading technology firms serving consumer, small business and enterprise markets. She has held marketing and management positions at Reference Software, Ashton-Tate and Hewlett-Packard. Anne received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a B.A. from Stanford University.

James F. Watson
Managing General Partner, CMEA Capital
Jim is Managing General Partner at CMEA Capital and is on the Board of Directors of Apriso, HassoPlattner Ventures, iSuppli, LiveOps, MailExpress, Amitive, Odyssey Logistics, Pixazza, Schooner Technologies, SpikeSource, TrueDemand and Untangle.

Prior to joining CMEA, Jim was a founder and entrepreneur. He founded Skyway Systems, a high technology services company. He was company President and leader behind the supply chain strategy that twice landed Skyway on the Inc. Magazine list of fastest growing U.S. companies. Inc. Magazine also named Jim as one of the Entrepreneurs of the Year. Skyway, with over 1,300 employees and revenues above $100 million, was subsequently acquired by Union Pacific Corporation (UPN). Prior to Skyway, Mr. Watson was with IBM's large computer systems division.

Jim graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland and served five years as a Navy pilot.
Jim Calhoun
Chief Executive Officer, Popular Media
Jim co-founded PopularMedia and has served as chief executive officer since its inception in 2003. He is responsible for guiding the company's strategy, growth, operations and customer satisfaction. A true Silicon Valley veteran, Jim has helped a broad range of businesses grow through technology and marketing -- from startups such as Glam Media, Inc. to global leaders such as Hewlett-Packard and IBM. Prior to founding PopularMedia, Jim founded CustomerClick LLC, a privately held direct marketing services firm based in San Francisco. Previously, Jim served as Vice President of Products at NetObjects, Inc. Jim is a former reviews editor at CNET and holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri.
Saad Khan
Partner, CMEA Capital
At CMEA, Saad focuses on software investments. He also serves on the advisory board for start-up Lending Club and is a founding member of the FilmAngels. Prior to CMEA, Saad was a Venture Partner at Garage Technology Ventures, a seed stage venture fund where he focused on emerging technology investments in the software and digital media space. Before GTV, Saad worked for the IBM alphaWorks group, focusing on commercializing IBM R&D, and for the Strategic Planning and Business Development Groups at the Walt Disney Company, helping to develop the strategic and operating plans for ABC, ESPN and Disney's e-businesses. Saad received a B.S. degree in Symbolic Systems and an A.B in Economics with Honors in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University.
