This week, I am honored to be attending and speaking at Fortune Brainstorm TECH in beautiful Aspen, Colorado. This influential three-day event draws together CEOs and other high-impact executives from numerous top-tier companies, including CBS, Starbucks, Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, and Intel. The purpose is to spark meaningful discussion on critical topics affecting all of us today, which in turn will help guide Fortune’s editorial coverage for the next year.
This year’s agenda packs a punch, with tracks covering everything from enterprise growth, to women in STEM, to security and privacy. On Wednesday morning, I’ll be speaking at a roundtable discussion along with CEOs from GoDaddy, YP, Chegg, and EverFi. We’ll be talking about talent and sharing insight on who is hardest to hire right now—along with tips on what you can do to step up your recruiting tactics in a changing landscape.
I’m excited to converse on this critical subject with other thought leaders and conference attendees and hear how they’ve been approaching today’s competitive talent market. Events like this help us better understand how technology and other important business dynamics are affecting the way that candidates and companies converge.
