Back in July of last year, I wrote a blog article on our new Jobvite Cares initiative. It outlines how our #1 value at Jobvite is Customers Matter Most and what we were doing as a company to prove it. Some of the many service improvements already deployed include the Jobvite System Status site, @JobviteCares support on Twitter, and dedicated account management.
I’m super excited to share how our customers have recognized these improvements by voting Jobvite as the winner of the 2014 People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service in the Computer Software (100 or more employees) category. More than 430,000 worldwide votes were cast this year as part of their 8th annual survey, which is the world’s top customer service award. I’m honored to be representing Jobvite at the Bellagio in Las Vegas later this week and look forward to meeting the more than 400 executives also attending from around the world.
