As Vice President of Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales, Matt McLaughlin is determined to help Jobvite conquer the world (or at least the world of recruiting). He has over 20 years of experience selling well-established products / categories as well as pioneering brand new technologies at the enterprise level. During his tenure working in global and worldwide sales, he lived in the Asia-Pacific region for three years and has also spent an extended amount of time in the UK and Europe.
As VP of Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales, Matt’s goal is to ensure that Jobvite is successful in the enterprise. He describes his management style as leading by example and learning with his team while also teaching them.
