Three customer service-related awards for leading recruiting provider follows on honors from Forbes and the Brandon Hall Group

The recipient of the 2014 People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service in the Computer Software (100 or more employees) category, Jobvite received the honor after more than 430,000 worldwide votes were cast as part of the Stevie Awards’ eighth annual survey. The accolade highlights the company’s dedication to upholding their value that “Customers Matter Most.” The award is also a reflection of a new Jobvite Cares initiative, which was implemented last year, deploying several service avenues such as the Jobvite System Status site, @JobviteCares Support Twitter handle, and dedicated account management.
Jobvite received the silver award in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in the Computer Software (100 or more employees) category, an award that recognizes service teams that directly engage customers. The Stevie Awards also honored Jobvite’s customer service team with the silver award in the Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Software (100 or more employees) category. Both awards highlight Jobvite’s efforts to ensure quintessential customer service to proactively engage with 100 percent of its customer base by doubling the size of its customer service team.
The three Stevie Awards are the latest accolades Jobvite has received in what has been a momentous few months.
