Three customer service-related awards for leading recruiting provider follows on honors from Forbes and the Brandon Hall Group
San Mateo, Calif., February 23, 2014– Jobvite, the comprehensive recruitment platform for the world’s fastest-growing companies, was presented with three customer service-related awards in the 2014 Stevie Awards this past Friday, February 20, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The recipient of the 2014 People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service in the Computer Software (100 or more employees) category, Jobvite received the honor after more than 430,000 worldwide votes were cast as part of the Stevie Awards’ eighth annual survey. The accolade highlights the company’s dedication to upholding their value that “Customers Matter Most.” The award is also a reflection of a new Jobvite Cares initiative, which was implemented last year, deploying several service avenues such as the Jobvite System Status site, @JobviteCares Support Twitter handle, and dedicated account management.
Jobvite received the silver award in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in the Computer Software (100 or more employees) category, an award that recognizes service teams that directly engage customers. The Stevie Awards also honored Jobvite’s customer service team with the silver award in the Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Software (100 or more employees) category. Both awards highlight Jobvite’s efforts to ensure quintessential customer service to proactively engage with 100 percent of its customer base by doubling the size of its customer service team.
The three Stevie Awards are the latest accolades Jobvite has received in what has been a momentous few months. In January, Jobvite was included on the Forbes Most Promising Companies List, which is the third-annual ranking of high-growth, privately-held companies with under $250 million in annual revenue. The assessment was based on growth both in sales and hiring, quality of the management team and investors, margins, market size, and key partnerships.
Also in January, Jobvite was awarded the Brandon Hall Group silver award for excellence in the Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Technology category. In particular, this recognition highlighted Jobvite Hire for constantly innovating the way recruiters and job seekers engage. The award recognized Jobvite for continuing to revolutionize the recruiting software space.
“We are thrilled to be honored by the Stevie Awards, Forbes, and the Brandon Hall Group for multiple facets of our business,” said Dan Finnigan, president and CEO of Jobvite. “All three distinctions speak volumes about Jobvite’s commitment to provide quality service and the most innovative recruiting solutions to fuel our customers’ growth.”
Jobvite is the essential recruiting platform for modern business. The company’s uniquely comprehensive focus on recruiting sets it apart from all-in-one HR suites on the one hand and solutions that only address individual recruiting functions on the other. In October, Jobvite introduced its latest innovation – Jobvite Video – a candidate-screening tool that gives hiring teams a way to quickly and effectively assess candidates within a single recruiting workflow. Recruiters can find prospects, build a talent pool and track candidates in the hiring process, from start to finish using the complete Jobvite suite: Refer, Engage and Hire.
