Integration is easy and quick to set up. Once it’s been configured, starting a background check is as simple as moving your candidate into the “Initiate Background Check” status setup by Jobvite. Once the status change is made, GoodHire will invite your candidate to provide the required information needed for the background check, e-sign their consent forms, and schedule a drug test if necessary. Results are pushed back to the Jobvite Candidate Record automatically, allowing you to monitor the status within Jobvite. Once the results are ready, GoodHire posts a URL to the candidate record for quick, easy access to our FCRA-compliant results.
