Jobvite Summit’14 continues today, with plenty more excitement in store before we close. Building off yesterday’s core recruiting discussions, today we will herald in our 2014 award winners—those companies demonstrating excellence in vision, achievement and innovation with their Jobvite implementations.
As in the past, this year’s winners were chosen because they exemplify the spirit of Jobvite. They’ve shown incredible prowess at advancing the speed and quality of their talent acquisition strategies, all while pleasing candidates and increasing their referrals and social network hires. Additionally, each of the winning companies has proven successful in their Jobvite implementations, showing significant improvements in their entire hiring and applicant tracking processes.
We are extremely pleased to present the following companies with our 2014 accolades:
- Vision Award: Group M
- Achievement Award: Twitter
- Innovation Award (Adoption & Engagement): Cloudera
- Innovation Award (Career Site): Yelp
- Innovation Award (Talent Pool Campaigns): Zappos
And speaking of Zappos, I hope you have a chance to catch our finale keynote today with Tony Hsieh, Zappos.com CEO and bestselling author. His presentation centers on the inherent connections between company culture, customer service, and community growth. Tony is a renowned and engaging speaker, and—like many of you—I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while.
If you’re coming upon this post after enjoying our final day of Summit’14, we hope you learned a lot—and more importantly, we hope you’re energized to continue the R(evolution) back in your offices around the world.
