This session has been designed for any new or existing user of Jobvite ATS that would like to to dive deeper into Analytics for ATS including:
- How to build a Dashboard
- We will build a sample Executive Dashboard with high level Requisition, Candidate, and Hire data
- How to download, schedule, and send a Dashboard
- How to create a detailed Workflow Report using the Pivot function including:
- Funnel report with custom workflow states that shows the total number of candidates that reached each workflow step for closed/filled requisitions
- Bottleneck report with custom workflow states that shows the total average days candidates have been in each workflow state
