Too many applicant tracking systems
Spanning more than 29 countries and 14 languages, Amplifon’s recruiting operation is a truly global team. Timezone and language barriers were just some of the unique challenges Amplifon’s team faced when it came to coordination and consistency across the hiring process.
But perhaps the biggest inhibitor was their recruiting technology stack, which made it difficult to move candidates through the hiring funnel quickly. ”We moved from 12 different ATS to one, this simplified the connection with our candidates and the data collection for our recruiters” says Letizia Chlapoutakis, Digital Workplace Manager at Amplifon.
