Recruiter Nation Live, sponsored by Jobvite, was on Thursday, December 10th, 2020. We had a great afternoon together, sharing ideas, best practices, and successes, and regaining some of that networking time we’ve all missed during these days of remote work.

We were excited to be joined at RNL ’20 by award-winning entrepreneur and investor Daymond John, who currently serves as the founder, president, and CEO of FUBU. He also appears as an investor on ABC’s hit reality television series “Shark Tank,” where he shares marketing and entrepreneurial insights weekly with millions of viewers. John shared his perspective on what talent is critical to driving business outcomes and what talent organizations will need to be successful in the future in the closing keynote with Jobvite’s CEO, Aman Brar.

Our sessions, broken into tracks for executives, TA managers, and users, covered all the building blocks you need for success, from how to turn your TA team into a data-driven organization, to implementing D&I initiatives, to improving the ever-important candidate experience. Each session included 10 minutes from industry thought leaders and analysts, 10 minutes from your peers in talent acquisition, followed by a rapid-fire Q&A with them both!
At our keynote session, Jobvite CEO, Aman Brar, was joined by colleagues and friends in TA in imagining a future for TA that is end-to-end, diverse, inclusive, data-driven, automated, AI-powered, frictionless, and inspirational to candidates and recruiters alike. The session was designed to escape the day-to-day and take some time to focus on the future of TA and how you can help shape it.
