When CDW, a leading Fortune 500 technology solutions provider, needed a better recruitment marketing platform that was simple, results-driven, and would integrate with its Oracle Taleo ATS, it turned to the enterprise platform solution offered by Talemetry.

CDW had ambitious goals when it embarked on its implementation of Talemetry’s Recruitment Marketing Platform. The organization sought to drive productivity and efficiency in its talent acquisition practices with innovative technology and data-driven recruiting.

Since partnering with Talemetry, CDW has achieved incredible results. By making it easier for applicants, CDW has been able to achieve application conversion rates of over 83%, far outperforming the industry average of 20-30%.

CDW also increased the average time spent on its career site to nearly six minutes per visitor, double the average of three minutes. And by continuing to nurture and build relationships with candidates, CDW achieved a 72% open rate in its email campaigns, vastly outperforming its competition for talent in the industry.



National retailer achieves success with text campaign

It's a tough time to be in retail. And it's even tougher trying to find hourly talent that can connect with customers to drive sales and beat the slump that most retailers find themselves in.

As one of the largest U.S.-based apparel and home retail stores, this national retailer depended on Talemetry to support their annual, winter holiday seasonal hiring efforts. With a hiring program supported by Talemetry, the retailer hired over 28,000 candidates in one day across the country, with only a 1% fail rate on background checks – all in a single day.

We had not hired that many people in one day in our history. We attribute this to the strategic use of email campaigns utilizing our existing talent base. This will be an annual event going forward.
