San Mateo, Calif., September 08, 2015 – Jobvite (www.jobvite.com) was named a leader in Forrester Research’s recent report, The Forrester Wave™:Talent Acquisition Vendors, Q3 2015. Jobvite received the highest scores — among 12 vendors —in both “Current Offering” and “Strategy” categories. The report notes that, “Customers give Jobvite high marks for ease-of-use, satisfaction in product performance, implementation, and sourcing candidates and providing metrics on sourcing solutions.” Based on its analysis, the report refers to Jobvite as “a cutting-edge company leading the way in the talent acquisition space.”

In the “Current Offering” category, Jobvite was assessed on its performance in recruitment marketing, recruitment management, talent relationship management, onboarding, technology and customer experience. Its overall rating was a 4.08 out of a possible 5. These scores represent the top ranking along both axes of the Forrester Wave.
In 2014 alone, over 49+M people interacted with the Jobvite platform and 11+M applications were submitted on customer career sites including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Marketo. The Forrester report news follows the recent release of increased sales momentum and customer appreciation. Quarter-over-quarter bookings are up 45 percent in 2015, and in the past year, mid-market and enterprise sales are up 135 percent.
