San Mateo, Calif., June 14, 2016 — Jobvite (www.jobvite.com), the leading recruiting solution for emerging, mid-market, and enterprise companies, today announced the appointment of Andy Priest as the company’s first Chief Customer Officer. Andy comes to Jobvite with over 25 years of experience selling and managing growth stage SaaS companies.

“At Jobvite, we already pride ourselves on our award-winning customer service and the industry is taking notice, most recently with the Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year. To maintain that level of excellence as we grow, we need an executive leader who has experience building enterprise-grade teams and programs,” said Dan Finnigan, CEO of Jobvite. “Given his proven track record, Andy is the perfect person for the job. I’m thrilled to welcome him to Jobvite and to the executive team.”

Among Priest’s areas of expertise are scaling global customer service departments, identifying and prioritizing target markets, optimizing customer service operations, and building winning customer success teams.

Previously, Priest has served as:

  • Chief Customer Officer and later Chief of International at Responsys, a marketing technology company, where he drove the evolution of all customer-facing functions and expansion into 12 global offices serving 600 enterprise customers, subsequently leading to an IPO and later, a $1.6B sale to Oracle.
  • Andy also served as the Executive Vice President of Customer Operations at Open Harbor, Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Epiphany, and Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Brightware, as well as at other leading enterprise SaaS companies.

“Jobvite is at an ideal stage for me to step in as Chief Customer Officer. As the company continues to expand, I look forward to creating great customer outcomes while driving high growth,” Priest said. “One of the things that really excites me about Jobvite is the sheer momentum of innovative additions to the Jobvite Platform that have been released recently — including an onboarding product, a native mobile hiring team app, and many more — all of which are driving more value for our customers.”

Within the last year, Jobvite has also added other key executives from leading enterprise companies to the leadership team including Peter Maloney as Chief Financial Officer, formerly CFO at E2Open, SNOCAP, and Keynote Systems, Rachel Bitte as Chief People Officer, previously the Director of HR at Intuit, and Bill Loller as Chief Product Officer, who came from IBM as the VP of Product Management for Mobile in Commerce Customer Analytics.
